What is Kabbalah?
How would I define Kabbalah to someone who had no idea what it was? In the simplest way possible, I'd describe Kabbalah as a set of teachings and ancient wisdom dating back to Abraham (who wrote the Book of Formation), which was designed to give all of us a practical guide and tools in order to live life in a way that will create Light and Energy for ourselves and the world, through our Creator who is the source of all Light and Energy, because doing so is what will ultimately bring us true fulfillment as it is our True Purpose in Life, but it will also eliminate chaos and darkness and negativity and pain and suffering in the world that are caused by our own Ego.

You are so fortunate to be able to have this wonderful opportunity to overcome your ego. Very impressive indeed! And since, according to the KC, who possess the true spiritual lineage to teach the kabbalah (i.e. the "real thing"), you can only know it works if you have tried it, it seems you have achieved stunning results pretty quickly. (The Dalai Lama would be impressed) Keep up the good work!
Light and love (and don't forget that certainty!),
Moshe
